When language models first captured my imagination in 2019, I never expected they’d become a practical ingredient in everyday products. I’m not a hardcore model engineer or an academic researcher — I follow the research closely, but my craft is turning capability into dependable product behaviour: prompt architectures, retrieval-augmented systems, instruction-tuning patterns, reproducible evaluation, and monitoring for drift and hallucination. I blend cognitive science, applied linguistics, and pragmatic software engineering to make model behaviour measurable, maintainable, and auditable.
I write for ExpertLinked.In, where I publish commentary, case studies, and lessons learned from applied LLM projects to help product teams, designers, and engineers make practical, well-measured decisions. I also run PromptCraft, a small consultancy focused on responsible, production-ready LLM adoption in today’s landscape — designing prompt pipelines and RAG systems, building evaluation and safety suites, and operationalizing monitoring and audit trails so features remain useful in production.
